Introduction 

Milnerton is a seaside town located on Table Bay, north of Cape Town in South Africa. It lies on the Western Seaboard of Cape Town, also known as the Blaauwberg Coast. Although Milnerton is a town in its own right, it is regarded as a suburb of Cape Town. The area is known for its stunning views of Table Mountain, beautiful beaches, and vibrant community.

History 

Milnerton was established in 1902 on the site of the old farm, Janbiesjeskraal, and was named in honor of Sir Alfred Milner, Cape Governor from 1897 to 1901. The railway line from Milnerton Junction reached Milnerton on September 22, 1904, which spurred the area's growth. Over the years, Milnerton has grown into one of the fastest-growing areas in the Western Cape, known for its stunning properties, shimmering lagoon, and close proximity to Cape Town's hotspots.

Milnerton experiences a Mediterranean climate with warm, dry summers and mild, wet winters. The average annual temperature is around 16.8°C. Summers, from December to February, can reach up to 26.1°C, while winters, from June to August, can drop to around 12.5°C. The area receives most of its rainfall during the winter months, with June being the wettest month.
